Who is the Coworking Membership best for?+

It's ideal for solopreneurs, consultants, freelancers, and independent professionals who want a calm, professional place to work outside their home, without committing to a private office.

What does 24/7 access mean?+

You'll have secure key access to the space any time, day or night, via the Kisi app. Many members work weekday daytime hours, while others come in evenings or weekends. Both are completely normal.

Our staff are on-site Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., if you'd like a friendly face to help with anything.

Do I have a reserved desk?+

This membership offers open seating in shared work areas. Choose any available workspace when you arrive.

Hot Desks with a display monitor are also available to book if you need one. If you want the same desk every day, a Dedicated Desk Membership may be a better fit.

How is this different from working from home or at a coffee shop?+

Unlike home or a coffee shop, Merge offers physical separation from daily distractions, a consistent environment designed for work, and a professional atmosphere without pressure to socialize or leave. Most members come here because working "wherever" stopped working.

Is this a good fit if I also work evenings & weekends?+

Yes. While many members work during the day, others use the space in the evenings or on weekends as well. The shared expectation is focus and respect, regardless of when you work.

What about parking?+

Paid parking is available directly in front of Merge during non-rush hours. All-day, all-night free parking is available on the side streets nearby.

What's the catch with the $300 promo?+

No catch. If you join before June 1, your rate is $300/mo + HST. After June 1, the standard rate is $350/mo + HST. We're keeping it simple. No annual commitment, no hidden fees.

Can I pause my Coworking Membership?+

Yes, Coworking Members can pause and restart their membership directly through the member portal. Memberships can be paused once per year for up to three months. If you need more time away than three months, your membership would be cancelled and restarted later at the most current rate.
